After reading reading this list, I imagined myself, straight faced, negotiating with construction workers on why I need an iPhone. "Of course you should help me purchase an iPhone, how, exactly, am I supposed to write for you if I can't locate the nearest Tim Horton's?"

Remote and Shazam excite me the most at this moment. My love of Wii Tennis makes me fear having access to Ace Tennis. Access to Google is what I look forward to the most. Although, in response to Peter's comment, I will quote Malcolm Gladwell, "Google isn't making us stupid; it is just eroding the competitive advantage of those who actually wanted to go to the library."

Thanks for the great list. Hesitate I shall not.

Great list Michael. For me, the killer app on the iPhone is access to Google itself. There's at least one occasion per day where I pull out my phone to check a fact. Nine times out of ten I'm searching something minor but vexing, ie "who's that guy in that movie with the song by that band".

A week or so back I misplaced my iPhone, and for two days I was wandering around with a part of my brain missing. I no longer have to remember data. I just have to remember how to access that data. The iPhone has been a total game changer for me.

Colleen: don't hesitate.
