I got an iPod for Christmas and was excited to finally be able to
actually take my podcasts on the road with me instead of just listening
on my Powerbook. I like to listen walking or on the subway during my
commute to work.

By far the best source for Podcasts is the immensely popular IT Conversations hosted by Doug Kaye. Doug produces and procures several shows each week for the technology industry and the technically minded.
